Many people renovate their homes when they are worn out. 
One of the most common ways to spruce up a home is to redo the wallpaper. 
Simply swapping out the wallpaper can make a house look new. 
Re-flooring a house is another common renovation. 
These days, people often choose hardwood floors in nice color. 
Some people renovate their homes by expanding the living room to the balcony. 
This makes the living room feel roomy.

As with most houses in Korea, the houses in our neighborhood are close to each other. 
Without proper soundproofing, it's easy to inconvenience neighbors because of noise. 
I want to be able to play instruments at home whenever I want, so I want to install soundproofing.
