Aftereffects of Traveling

I always return from trips with fond memories. 
However, I also suffer from aftereffects after traveling. 
I feel physically tired from traveling long distances. Especially after a lot of outdoor activities, I get muscle pains. 
After traveling abroad, i suffer from jet lag. Sometimes, I get sunburned and my skin hurts. 
That's why it's best to get plenty of rest after returning from a trip.

1. suffer from aftereffects
However, I also suffer from aftereffects after traveling.
I suffered from aftereffects for two weeks.
I took some medicine to prevent suffering from aftereffects.

2. suffer from jet lag 
After traveling abroad, I suffer from jet lag.
I suffer from let lag more when I come back from traveling.
I slept on the plane to prevent suffering from jet lag.

3. get plenty of rest 
That's why it's best to get plenty of rest after returning from a trip.
I got plenty of rest last weekend.
You should get plenty of rest when you catch a cold.

A few weeks ago, I went on vacation at a vacation spot overseas. 
When I got home, I was dead tired. I barely managed to unpack my things and clean the house. 
I was so tired that I fell asleep on the sofa. The next day, I felt sore all over. 
It was hard to move around. I had spent a lot of time in direct sunlight, so I was sunburned. 
At first, my skin turned red. After about two weeks, my skin began to peel. 
I felt embarrassed because the peeling skin was not a pretty sight. 
Thankfully, it was wintertime, so I covered myself up with long sleeves.

The next day, I felt sore all over.

It was wintertime, so I covered myself up with long sleeves.
I used concealer to cover up the pimple.
Why are they trying to cover the incident up?
